West Midlands & Shropshire. Shobdon. 8 mile walk. One steep ascent to Shobdon Hill Wood, across Byton Common and Park Pool Golf Course to Shobdon and finishing with an interesting walk along the edge of Shobdon Airfield. Meet at 11.00 at Shobdon Arches Visitor Centre. On the B4362 Mortimer's Cross to Shobdon Road follow “Shobdon Arches” brown signs. Closest postcode HR6 9LZ. Bring a packed lunch.
