2007
Sunday 2nd September
Around 30 members joined us for an excellent walk of about 14 miles,
which took us through parts of the Mortimer Forest west of Ludlow and
onto higher, open ground from which there were extensive views
stretching into Wales, and then back to Ludlow along the gentle valley
of the River Teme.
Sunday 16th September
This walk from Church Stretton took in the Long Mynd from where there
were good views to Caer Caradoc and the other nearby hills. After a
desecnt into the lovely Ashes Hollow, the route re-crossed the
hills before a steep descent into Church Stretton.
Also
in September: swimming every Sunday, Monday
& Wednesday
